Commitment
No cure - no pay we are not a fan of. Because we have seen over the years anyway that this model is fairly outdated.
Why? Very simple.
On the basis of no cure no pay, both the recruiter and the client do not have a real commitment to each other. If the client find a candidate elsewhere cheaper, the recruiter has done a lot of work for nothing and if the recruiter can earn more elsewhere, the choice is easy.
Therefore we mainly work on the basis of so-called retainers and subscription agreements.

The process should be fun
Business processes do not have to be boring and emotionless. In the end, we are all human and recruitment is human work. Technology around us is growing rapidly and we have seen that this does not always (often) favor "humanity" in the process. Which in turn causes less "fun" in the process.
