- The referral program is offered by Reqruitify and is subject to the following rules:
- Referring a client entails the referred client signing a contract with Reqruitify for recruitment services.
- The reward for a successful referral is equal to €500 shared with you in the form of a gift voucher provided by https://www.cadeaubon.nl/.
- The reward will be paid after the referred client successfully completes a placement and fulfills the required payment to Reqruitify.
- All gift vouchers will be issued within 14 days via email to the referrer, once the payment obligation to Reqruitify has been fulfilled.
- Due to GDPR regulations, we cannot provide detailed updates on the progress of your referral.
- Referrals cannot be made for clients already engaged in discussions or negotiations with Reqruitify.
- Reqruitify reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes or terminations will be effective upon announcement on Reqruitify's website or through other communication channels.
- Reqruitify is not responsible for any technical failures, delays, or errors that may affect participation in the referral program.
- The rewards granted under the referral program are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value.
- By participating in the referral program, the referrer agrees to these terms and conditions and accepts Reqruitify's decisions regarding the referral program, which are binding and final.
- All personal information provided in connection with the referral program will be treated in accordance with Reqruitify's privacy policy.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. In case of a dispute, the courts of the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
